Photo Trouvée Magazine Print Issue 16 Open Call
Photo Trouvée Magazine is pleased to announce an international open call for print issue 16. We are looking for artists who work with or are inspired by vintage, found or family photographs in any media and at any stage in their career. This issue has no theme and you may submit works previously created and/or published or we also encourage you to create something specific for this issue.
Deadline to apply: February 28th, 2025
Entry Fee: 3 Images $15, 5 Images $20, 8 Images $25
Format: Please submit your images in the following format: High Resolution JPEG, 300 DPI, ARTISTNAME_TITLE. (Please note that we will not consider files that do not follow this format). Please also note that any text submitted will not be able to be changed after completion of the application, we highly recommend proof reading all materials submitted prior to applying. If selected, we will publish your text in the magazine as it appears on this form.
All open call entries require a non-refundable submission fee (3 Images $15, 5 Images $20, 8 Images $25).
This non-refundable submission fee goes towards printing & publishing costs, design, creating/maintaining our magazine, shipping supplies, website, social media and a scholarship fund for programs and opportunities for our community.
Important: After completing the submission fee you will receive a PDF with instructions and a link to fill out the form with your submission. Please note that we will not accept submissions via email. Please make sure you fill out the form prior to the deadline February 28th, 2025 at 11:59PM EST.
Selected Artists:
Selected artists: If your work is selected, you will receive a designated page spread that will include your artist statement and the selected images of your work. Published artists will be sent a complimentary digital issue & 15%OFF discount code for the print magazine and will be listed as participating artists on our website, newsletter and social media accounts (seen by over 21.5K people!) Selected artists will also receive a spotlight feature on our Instagram and Facebook. Our publication reaches a number of collectors and fellow artists who share a passion for found photographs all around the world and can be found at Kobby Gallery, São Paulo, Brazil and at the Coral Springs Museum of Art Shop, Coral Springs, USA.
The submission itself does not guarantee the artist being selected for a feature.
By submitting to the Photo Trouvée Magazine OPEN CALLS the artist agrees to Terms & Conditions. If your entry was not selected this time, we highly encourage you to reapply for the next call for entry.
